Return Policy:
KeveBee Fitness dose not issue refunds or exchanges , unless item is damaged , defective or wrong item was sent. If so , please contact us immediately, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping policy:
Please allow 24-48 hours for all orders to be processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday , excluding weekends & national holidays. All orders are shipped USPS Priority shipping. Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via E-mail. Shipping is usually 1-3 business days.
Please be advised that KeveBee Fitness is not responsible for lost , wrong address or unclaimed packages and we will not issue a refund. If your package has been lost , please contact USPS to file a claim.
